There are people in my group and around the center who seem to work all of the flights, or nearly. I worked the last one, but not this one and not the next. I really wish I was. I love working missions! I'd work them all if I could. I'd even willingly work the night shift. Yes, I know, I'm nuts.It's so quiet here, with most of my group involved in the mission, either on the ISS or shuttle side. Next one will deplete me of all three officemates for the duration; only one is working this mission. I'll literally be in my own little world for two weeks, door closed so that I can blast my favorite movie soundtracks.
And jealous as anything that I'm not over there with them.
