scratching an itch

One week down, one more to go. I was really dragging Friday. But it is fun to again hear multiple languages spoken, even if the context can be a bit mind-numbing.I have a lot of bites - chigger bites from tromping through wood and weed after hot air balloons, and mosquito bites from softball and just being alive. Becca says that I am a violent scratcher, and I must be - I've scratched the bites so badly that I now have bruises. Seriously.
Maybe I have the plague. Okay, so I shouldn't joke about that, and I do bruise like a peach, but really, this can't be normal.
The obvious answer is to stop scratching. You think? I will, just as soon as they stop itching.
