things are always difficult before they are easy

I have discovered that a lot of my sleep troubles are due to stress and worry. I slept fine Saturday and Sunday, but I was not looking forward to today and so had an awful time last night, waking up every two hours or so. Things are a bit, er, tough right now and I'm having a hard time with motivation. I think that once this week is over, it will be better. But this is not going to be a happy week. I have some rough conversations ahead of me, and if you know me, I hate confrontation. But, if I can only go into them with a steady head and clear direction, I think I'll be okay.
