dragging out the deathly hallows

While it will certainly line pockets with more cash, I don't think that was the impetus to split the Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows into two movies. Well, they haven't done it yet, but an announcement stating that they will is expected.The only concern with more movies is the possibility of replacing characters, but as the plan is to film the two halves of the final installment concurrently (in the tradition of the Lord of the Rings trilogy), that's not going to happen.
