It's been a long time since I've been home to watch my boys play, but Bonds finally did it last night - he hit homerun #756, breaking Hank Aaron's record set 33 years ago.Bonds is much loved in SF - always gotta love your home team - albeit nowhere else. I'm not sure how I feel. I can understand why the Giants hang onto him, even if I don't agree. However, there is so much controversy of his (alleged??) steroid use surrounding his achievements that they will forever be tainted. Which is truly unfortunate because earned honestly, they are true achievements, indeed.
In other news, my mission launches today! Good luck Endeavour!! (And good luck me! Eek!!)
